Easy Returns Policy

We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 60 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange.

What Else Do I Need To Know?

• E-mail The Active Child (sales@theactivechild.com with Return in the subject line) and we will e-mail you a prepaid USPS label to return the items to us, we will simply deduct the shipping cost per item (approximately the same cost you paid to ship it orginally) from your refund.
• You can return unused items sold by The Active Child for 60 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.
• Simply add the label to the box and hand to your Postal Service carrier. No need to make an extra trip to a UPS or a Fedex/Kinkos store.
• Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item and any taxes less a  return shipping cost per item. Your credit will appear after The Active Child has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
• Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
